RedRadius Immigration is a Toronto-based RCIC consultancy founded and led by Faisal Nour — a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and licensed CICC member. We are a fully digital practice serving clients across Canada and worldwide, with a focus on getting applications right the first time.
Faisal Nour — RCIC, Founder & Lead Consultant
Faisal Nour is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R713314) and a registered member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). He holds a Diploma in Immigration Law from CSIC and a Master's degree in Information Technology and Computing from York University.
Faisal founded RedRadius Immigration to bring something he felt was missing from the consulting world: a small, digital-first practice where every client file is touched by a licensed RCIC — not handed off to a junior coordinator or outsourced overseas. Every application that leaves our office is reviewed, approved, and signed by Faisal himself.
Before launching RedRadius, Faisal worked across both technology and immigration consulting, blending technical fluency with legal expertise to design workflows that move faster, communicate better, and reduce errors. That same approach is built into how RedRadius works with every client.
