A Team That Knows What It Takes — Because We've Been There Too
RedRadius Immigration is a Toronto-based consultancy founded and led by Faisal Nour — a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R713314) and licensed member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Faisal holds a Diploma in Immigration Law from the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from York University.
As immigrants ourselves, we understand that moving to Canada is not simply a matter of paperwork — it is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. We have seen the consequences of navigating Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) processes without proper guidance: delayed applications, avoidable refusals, missed deadlines, and lost opportunities. Our role is to ensure you avoid these risks entirely.
We combine deep regulatory expertise with modern, technology-driven processes to deliver an experience that is efficient, transparent, and reliable — no matter where in the world you are applying from.
Licensed & Fully Authorized
Our team operates under Faisal's RCIC license, which means we can legally represent you before IRCC and communicate with the Government of Canada on your behalf.
Fully Digital, No Geography Barrier
We work with clients across Canada and around the world through secure virtual meetings. Whether you're in Toronto, Dubai, Delhi, or beyond, our process is built to work seamlessly from anywhere.
Senior-Level Attention on Every File
Your file is handled by our experienced team under Faisal's direct supervision — not passed off to someone who just started. We take your case seriously because your future depends on it.
Every Path to Canada — We Know Them All
Canada's immigration system has more pathways than most people realize and choosing the wrong one costs time, money, and opportunity. Our licensed RCIC team assesses your specific profile and recommends the program most likely to succeed for your situation.
Canadian Experience Class
If you've already been working in Canada, this is often the most direct route to permanent residency. The CEC recognizes your time here as a real advantage in the Express Entry pool.
- ✓ At least 1 year of Canadian work experience in the last 3 years
- ✓ Valid English or French language test (IELTS/TEF)
- ✓ Education improves your CRS score
Federal Skilled Worker
Built for skilled professionals with international experience who want to make Canada their permanent home. We help you understand where you stand in Express Entry.
- ✓ At least 1 year of relevant skilled work experience in the last 10 years
- ✓ Valid English or French language test required
- ✓ Diploma or degree equivalent to a Canadian educational credential
Ontario Nominee Program
Ontario runs its own immigration streams — especially if you have ties to the province or a job offer in hand. We help you find the right stream and build a strong application.
- ✓ Masters & PhD Graduate Streams (no job offer required)
- ✓ Foreign Worker & International Student Streams
- ✓ In-Demand Skills Stream for construction and essential trades
Spousal Sponsorship
Bringing your spouse or partner to Canada is one of the most meaningful applications we work on — because when families are waiting to be together, there's no room for errors.
- ✓ Sponsor must be a Canadian citizen or PR residing in Canada
- ✓ Genuine marriage, common-law, or conjugal partnership
- ✓ 3-year financial support commitment
Parents & Grandparents Sponsorship
Sponsoring your parents or grandparents is an invitation-based process with specific income requirements. We help you prepare a strong application.
- ✓ Sponsor must be a Canadian citizen or PR residing in Canada
- ✓ Must meet minimum necessary income thresholds
- ✓ Commitment to financially support sponsored family members upon arrival
Refugee Sponsorship
Private refugee sponsorship is a meaningful commitment. Our team guides sponsoring groups through the full process, from eligibility to financial planning and settlement.
- ✓ Sponsorship Agreement Holders (SAHs)
- ✓ Groups of Five Canadian citizens or permanent residents
- ✓ Community Sponsors (organizations, associations, corporations)
Work Permit
There are more pathways to obtaining a Canadian work permit than most people realize. Our team carefully evaluates your unique background and goals to identify the most suitable option, ensuring your application is accurate, complete, and positioned for the strongest possible outcome.
- ✓ Open Work Permit (post-graduate, spousal, and others)
- ✓ Employer-Specific Permits with or without LMIA
- ✓ French Mobility & Intra-Company Transfer (LMIA-exempt)
Study Permit
Studying in Canada is often the first step toward permanent residency. We help international students with their study permit applications and the pathway after graduation.
- ✓ Acceptance letter from a Canadian Designated Learning Institution (DLI)
- ✓ Proof of financial support for tuition, accommodation, and living expenses
- ✓ Programs longer than 6 months require a study permit
Super Visa
The Super Visa lets parents and grandparents stay in Canada for up to five years at a time. We walk families through the requirements so there are no surprises at the border.
- ✓ Invitation letter from the child or grandchild in Canada
- ✓ Invitee's income meets the minimum necessary annual income threshold
- ✓ Valid Canadian medical insurance for at least 1 year
Canadian Citizenship
Citizenship is the finish line — and it deserves the same care as every step that came before it. We review your eligibility and prepare a complete application on your behalf.
- ✓ Physically present in Canada for at least 3 of the last 5 years
- ✓ Compliance with Canadian tax filing obligations (if applicable)
- ✓ Proof of English or French language proficiency (ages 18–54)
Simple on Your End — Thorough on Ours
Immigration applications have real deadlines, strict document requirements, and very little room for error. Here is exactly how our team works with you, from the first conversation to the day your application is submitted.
Initial Consultation
We start with a focused 1-hour consultation. You tell us about your background, your goals, and your timeline. We review your eligibility across relevant programs, identify the strongest pathway for your specific situation, and give you our honest professional assessment, not a generic overview you could have found online.
Clear Agreement & Defined Scope
Once we agree on the right immigration pathway, we provide a detailed retainer agreement that sets out precisely what our team will do, the fees involved, the timeline, and what we need from you. Everything is transparent and in writing before any work begins. No vague promises, no unexpected costs.
Application Preparation
Our team takes the lead on building your application, collecting and reviewing your documents, flagging any gaps early, completing all required forms, and preparing supporting materials. We typically have a complete, submission-ready application within one week of receiving your full document package. We check everything twice before it leaves our hands.
Submission & Ongoing Support
We submit your application to IRCC and manage all correspondence on your behalf. If IRCC requests additional documents or has questions, we respond promptly and professionally. You receive regular updates so you always know where things stand, and we remain available to you until your case is fully resolved.
Real Clients. Real Results.
The best measure of our work is not what we say about ourselves, it is what happens to our clients after their application is approved. Here are a few of their stories.
